Shipping Policy:

Hi Friends!

Hannah here. I just want to let you know that I’m a one woman show. I’m capable of so much, but also, only so much!

My candles are lovingly handcrafted from home Wednesday -Friday.

I sell at markets on Saturday & Sunday.

Mondays are for resetting.

Tuesday I pack & ship your online orders!

I've carefully created a flow that keeps me well cared for and stable.This means if you place an order on Wednesday, it won’t ship until the following week. I greatly appreciate your patience and support of my small business!

There’s sometimes a chance it could be sent sooner, and if you communicate a need, I will let you know if I can accommodate an exception to this policy, pouring, curing, labeling and packaging candles takes time. But trust me, they are worth it!

 


Refunds:

Another way of keeping my business flowing, I currently do not accept refunds. The exceptions would be:

  • damage in shipping or,
  • if the candle doesn’t light due to a manufacturing issue with wicks, or any other serious defect. If you encounter either of these issues please email (()) and I will send you instructions for resolving the matter. 

Of course, if you are seriously unhappy with your purchase, please reach out as you and your satisfaction and feedback are so important to me!
